1. Project Manifestation SLA
All technical solutions, custom integrations, and software builds initiated by BhuTek execute strictly under a phased statement of work (SOW). Engineering sprints, timeline milestones, and build deliveries are bound directly to real-world deployment parameters outlined during client briefing triage.
2. IP Allocation & Core Ownership
Upon final balance sheet clearance of milestone cycles, 100% of the custom source code, asset frameworks, repository keys, and configuration layers transfer explicitly to the client entity. BhuTek claims zero ongoing licensing or continuous vendor platform usage overhead fees.
3. Infrastructure Environment Liability
BhuTek structures robust applications with strict validation controls. However, post-handoff modifications made to localized clusters, server runtime adjustments, or upstream dependency crashes outside our direct structural network management fall fully outside BhuTek operational liability.
